With a focused background in counselling and coaching, Beth brings specialist expertise in addiction, personal change, and the psychological patterns that keep people stuck. Her work sits at the intersection of emotional insight and practical transformation, helping individuals move beyond understanding themselves to actually changing how they live.

Beth's experience spans both one-to-one counselling and coaching, working with clients navigating addiction, overwhelm, and deeply ingrained behavioural cycles. Her training incorporates somatic and creative therapeutic techniques alongside a background in yoga, disciplines that recognise the body as central to the change process. This gives her a distinctive ability to work with clients at both a psychological and physiological level, addressing stress, trauma, and habitual patterns wherever they are held.

Through her work at Paul Sanders Coaching, Beth extends this expertise within a supportive, non-judgmental framework, creating space where clients feel safe enough to explore what is really driving their patterns, not just the surface behaviours. Whether working with individuals in the grip of addiction, those feeling overwhelmed by life demands, or people caught in cycles they cannot break alone, Beth's approach is compassionate but honest.
